Platinum RBP Plans utilize the PHCS Network, which is the largest independent, primary PPO in the country.
Platinum OAP Plans are available through Cigna's Open Access Plus (OAP) network, which offers access to a large national network of providers where you don't need referrals for in-network specialists. (These plans are only available to groups of 10 or more.)
